Notification when the user orders a card

When a card is ordered, we need to notify the user:

• Confirmation after the order
• Notification when the card is dispatched using Striga’s webhook ( https://docs.striga.com/reference/card-status-webhooks#card-dispatch-webhooks [https://docs.striga.com/reference/card-status-webhooks#card-dispatch-webhooks])
