Remove the requirement of entering amount to fund the IBAN

We could just have a QR code displayed with an LN URL and a Bitcoin address once when a user clicks on add funds and selects Bitcoin.

- to avoid, partial payments issue

- reduce the number of steps to fund the IBAN with Bitcoin
